I've had my E36 328i in over the last couple of days whilst you sorted the brakes out for me. Just a quick note to say thanks very much for fitting me in when you were already busy...certainly feel a lot safer now!

I've been recommending you to some other people I know who are needing work done at the moment so hopefully you'll be even busier soon!

I have been delighted to find this garage, they have gone out of their way to help with various issues on my BMW, which my local dealership were not keen to deal with (and at a much greater cost). They also dealt with my independent warranty company in a most professional manner which saved me a great deal of time and trouble. I will continue to take my BMW to them for all work.

Having given up on the local dealership after several visits to them regarding issues with my brakes, I am pleased that Bartley have now solved the issue at a lower cost that amounts already paid to BMW that did not rectify the fault. Bartley showed interest in my vehicle and were very courteous in dealing with me.
